My name is Tom Van Ness and I'm the guy who makes all this stuff...lol  I'm a retired
custom home designer, builder, cabinet maker, and rough and finish carpenter with over
40 years experience in the home building trade.  I'm also a Vietnam Vet and served 3 years
in Uncle's Army the last 3 years the Vietnam War was taking place.

       I make all the wood items you see on my website myself in a little 100 year old milk barn that I converted into my woodworking shop.  It could be bigger, but it's cozy and does the job.

       The Jar Candles, Scented Wax Tarts, and Scented Room Sprays you see on my site are from my wife's business...Early Homestead Primitives, but I do an extensive amount of work in her business as well.  We sell her products wholesale as well as retail and it definitely keeps us busy.

       I hope you enjoy my website.  I just recently totally remodeled it to attempt to make it more user friendly by making it easier to navigate and purchase from.  Come back and check up on the goings on here from time to time as I will be gradually adding more products as I come up with new designs.
