We are only shipping to locations within the
continental United States at the present time.
Retail orders are currently taking about 1 week
to be ready for shipment.

Our terms of sale are fairly simple.  We prefer payments through PayPal using their simple shopping cart system and checkout, which means orders are paid for when they are placed. We can also accept money orders, but they are more trouble for us and our customers because they take time.  If you would like to pay by Postal Money Order please don't use the shopping cart system, but send an email to:  orders@the-woodworks.com to notify us of the items you would like to purchase and your intent to pay by Postal Money Order.  We will then calculate your order total including shipping and notify you by email.  Your items will be shipped once we receive your money order and as they are completed.. Returns Since we believe the photos on our website are of high quality, no returns will be accepted unless items are damaged in shipping.  If they are damaged a claim must be filed with the shipper.  We do take into consideration extenuating circumstances. Shipping Charges $0.00 - 200.00 = 22% of order subtotal not including shipping Over $200.00 = 20% of order subtotal not including shipping
